A conference was held on January 8 at the Paris City Hall to present the SAGASDOM program which will take place at the Palais des Expositions, Porte de Versailles in Paris, on January 31, February 1 and 2.
This year, the guest of honor is Guadeloupe.
The event is under the high patronage of Franck Riester, Minister of Culture and Didier Guillaume, Minister of Agriculture and Food, with the support of Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris, loyal partner of SAGASDOM since the 1st edition of 2014.

More than 130 exhibitors, 6000 m2 of exhibition, 50,000 visitors expected, a podium of events with Creole, African, Reunionese, Martinican and Guadeloupean ballets, parades of mannequins in kitchen aprons, the Compagnie Creole show during the 2 evening openings on Friday and Saturday.
Producers, farmers, processors and restaurateurs from all over the world will offer visitors the opportunity to discover the multiple flavors of French ultramarine gastronomy and those of Mayotte, Wallis and Futuna, Comoros, Cape Verde.
