We are an independent daily

Paul, Gershwin and me

Paul, a jazz pianist, trained at the Conservatory, is approached by Adèle, a brilliant self-taught singer and tap player.
Between these two that everything should have opposed, a stormy duo is tied around the work of Gershwin, each bringing to the other the best of his musical sensibility.
She: “Get up from your stool. How stuck you are! ”.
Him: “It has to be perfect. We’re performing on Saturday ”.

Very quickly, they met with immense success, they were in demand everywhere.
In the background, feelings developed between them …
Will love resist this frantic pace?

The work of Georges Gershwin, performed on the piano, sung and chanted with tap dancing, is a delight to see and hear.
The piece is well played, well removed. The actors are excellent.

Our best wishes for this piece to experience the success it deserves!

Paul, Gershwin and I at 1:30 p.m. at La petite Caserne (119 rue Carreterie Avignon) until July 31 (no Monday).
With Mathilde Maumont and Jean Philippe Guillo directed by Pierre Cassignard collective writing for the text Compagnie Imagine.
