Nationale Rugby: Narbonne wins against Massy and qualifies for the semi-finals

Racing Club Narbonnais won against Massy (18-16) after a tense match.

Led by the score throughout the first period, the Narbonnais were able to reverse the match at the start of the second period to overcome the Ile-de-France region. This victory qualifies Narbonne in the semi-final of accession to Pro D2.

Within a week, Racing Club Narbonnais could have benefited from the support of 1,000 supporters (subscribers and partners in priority) for this division final, this game of the utmost importance, this final for the semi-final.

At the end of a very close match, it was the Audois who won (18-16). And with this victory, the RCN validated its ticket for the semi-finals. We thus know the four teams qualified in the last four: they are Bourg en Bresse, Nice, Albi and Narbonne.

At the moment, we do not yet know the confrontations. We will have to wait for the 26th and last day of the regular phase, scheduled for next week.

Of these four teams, two of them (the finalists) will be promoted to Pro D2 next season. Candidate for the finals throughout the season, Massy and Dax are missing the boat.

Indeed, the Essonniens and the Landers can no longer catch up, they will have to wait at least one more season to try to get back to the next level.

As a reminder, the National semi-finals will take place on the weekend of May 30, before the final in early June. The RCN against Nice on May 30.
